THEREFORE, the Secretary... hereby orders the following pursuant to his authority under 20 ILCS 2105/2105-400(d) and (e): 1. The deadline for persons who were issued temporary out-of-state permits to submit an application for licensure by endorsement is extended to July 11, 2023. 2. The deadline for persons who were issued temporary reinstatement permits to submit an application for licensure reinstatement is extended to July 11, 2023. 3.
