The President of the Ho-Chunk Nation, in consultation with advisors and providing notice to the National Indian Gaming Commission, deems that with enhanced protective measures, it is safe to resume casino operations of the Ho-Chunk Nation. Such facility openings will be staggered to ensure that safety measures and protocols are addressed prior to the opening of each facility.
