For the purposes of this Order, residence include hotels, motels, shared rentals, and similar facilities. Additionally, it is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED and RECOMMENDED that individuals utilize delivery, take-out, curbside, or pick up services for both restaurants and retail businesses. SECTION 3. Modified Operations. It is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED and RECOMMENDED that restaurants (including those bars and establishments operating a restaurant as authorized by Texas Alcohol and Beverage Commission), retail, and schools operating in Travis County follow the recommendations attached as Exhibit B to this Order.
