This Executive Order shall not prohibit any gathering specifically permitted under an order of the Director of the Ohio Department of Health or the Cuyahoga County Board of Health. 3. This Executive Order shall be in effect immediately upon my signature and shall continue until the State of Emergency declared by the Governor\u0027s March 9 Order no longer exists. 4.
