(3) Workplace gatherings that occur consistent with the Emergency Rules issued by MIOSHA on October 14, 2020;... 3(b) Gatherings are permitted at food service establishments under the following conditions: (1) Persons are not gathered indoors except in custodial settings, medical facilities, school and university cafeterias, shelters, and soup kitchens.... 4(a) A gathering at a retail store, library, or museum must not exceed 30% of total occupancy limits... Spaces for indoor dining, including food courts, must be closed.... [Personal care and exercise facilities must maintain contact information of every visitor and deny entry to any visitor who does not provide it.]... This order takes effect on January 16, 2021, at 12:01 AM, at which time the December 18, 2020, order entitled Gatherings and Face Mask Order is rescinded.
