Barber shops; ii. Hair salons; iii. Waxing salons; iv. Threading salons; v. Nail salons or spas; vi. Spas providing body treatments; vii. Body-art facilities or tattoo services; viii. Tanning salons; or ix. Massage-therapy establishments or massage services. h. Entertainment and recreational gathering venues shall not be open to members or the public.","enforcement":"Tenn.
