Exceptions. a. This Order shall not apply to: i. an individual who enters Utah in the individual\u0027s capacity as an employee of a commercial airline; ii. a commercial motor carrier driver;... b. An individual who enters Utah solely for the purpose of the individual\u0027s employment is required to complete the travel declaration form no more than once in a seven-day period.
