The FAA reduced control-tower hours nationwide because of COVID-19 traffic collapse and controller exposures; the same period saw temporary ATC facility closures for cleaning (Midway Tower, Las Vegas Tower, Indianapolis Center and others), documented on the FAA coronavirus pages (not separately saved).
