Operative words

This interim final rule is effective on May 12, 2020 through the end of the President's national emergency... temporarily waiving some licensure requirements... copayments and cost-shares for telehealth services. The changes in this rule will be effective for the period of the coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic.
