To encourage and promote vaccination, we ask the Secretaries of the Military Departments to ensure Commanders and leaders at all levels are aware of the following information.... Existing policies and procedures for managing our personnel should be utilized to the greatest extent possible, as appropriate and authorized, to encourage vaccination.
