Operative words
JBLM is at Minimum Mission Essential as determined by unit chain of command... Soldiers returning from any overseas travel or returning to Hawaii will be quarantined for 14 days.... Religious services will be virtual, large gatherings and MWR events canceled for next 30 days. JBLM gate entry procedures include "no touch" scan of CAC card.... CDCs open only for mission essential personnel. All Washington State Schools (to include on-post schools) have closed until at least April 24th. Movie Theater, Bowling Alley, Barber/Beauty shops are closed. Snack Bar is open for "to go". Commissary for at-risk populations. Gymnasiums closed until further notice.
