OSHA Memorandum, Updated Interim Enforcement Response Plan for Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), July 7, 2021.... Within 15 days of the effective date of this Direction, a State Plan must submit a notice of intent indicating if the State Plan will adopt or already has in place policies and procedures that are identical to or different from the Federal program.
