Issued May 20, 2021 (file name carries 2021-05-28). The legal force lies in the Governor's Order, enforced against licensees through M.G.L. c. 138, s. 64; the advisory is not itself an order, rule or condition of license. Cite the Governor's Order as the instrument and the advisory as evidence of its application to licensees).
