Operative words

local licensing authorities ("LLA") may approve requests for expansion of outdoor table service or extensions of earlier granted approvals issued pursuant to Section 4 of COVID-19 Order No. 35, from November 1, 2020, for any period up to and until sixty (60) days after the end of the state of emergency.
