Due to the hardships on liquor license holders as a result of the COVID-19 virus outbreak and in an effort to limit gatherings at a single business location, the Illinois Liquor Control Commission temporarily authorizes the delivery of alcoholic liquor to non-licensees under the following conditions: All authorizations set forth herein are subject to the approval of the local liquor control commission and/or local ordinances. 1.
