Operative words

Tier 2 COVID-19 mitigation efforts go into effect October 25, 2020 in Region 1 in response to a sustained resurgence of COVID-19 after 14 days in Tier 1 mitigations.... The Illinois Liquor Control Commission is reminding licensed liquor establishments in Region 1 that failure to abide by the new mitigation efforts could result in immediate enforcement action against their license.
