Operative words

You must have an appointment to complete transactions at SCDMV branch offices. Driver road tests are suspended until further notice.... The DMV will offer CDL road tests at specific locations by appointment only... EXTENSIONS FOR DOCUMENT EXPIRATIONS... we are providing flexibility for customers needing to renew vehicle registrations or credentials such as licenses, beginner's permits or parking placards.... Extensions granted in the proclamation apply only to documents with expiration dates between March 1, 2020 and June 30, 2020. If not satisfied by July 1, 2020, the documents will be considered expired and/or late fees will be assessed.
