Notes
The Board's own list of its COVID-19 instruments, each dated; it confirms that the pharmacy resolutions of March 2020 remained in force through and beyond Sept. 30, 2021 (none rescinded before Aug. 10, 2022).
Retrieval noteThe document itself is the Board's own publication (primary as a record of the Board); the individual resolutions it lists were not read in their original text, so the instruments are graded verified_secondary. The live URL https://www.pharmacy.ohio.gov/COVID resolves to this PDF.
