Operative words
Accordingly, for registered nurse license applicants that apply for licensure pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 2732.1, subdivision (b), between July 1, 2020, and June 30, 2021, the Director waives Business and Professions Code section 2733, subdivision (a)(1)(A), and California Code of [Regulations... to the extent they limit the duration of a temporary license]. This order is effective immediately but may be amended as circumstances require.
