NOW THEREFORE, I, Stephanie McCloud, Director, Ohio Department of Health (ODH), in accordance with my authority set forth in Section 3701.048, HEREBY ORDER AND AUTHORIZE, the following professionals, within the scope of their respective licensure and according to the competencies set forth by their respective licensing board, unless otherwise stated herein, to administer, deliver, or distribute the drugs, other than schedule II and III controlled substances, set forth in this order... For this Order to apply, these individuals will need to be Registered Volunteers... All personnel administering vaccines must receive comprehensive, competency-based training... Pursuant to R.C. 3701.352, this order is to prevent a threat to the public's health; no person shall fail to follow this order.
