Operative words
This AFL provides updated recommendations from the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) for [testing of health care personnel and residents]... prioritized for COVID-19 testing and vaccination as soon as vaccines became available in late December 2020.... This AFL revision notifies SNFs of the December 22, 2021 Public Health Order and requires SNF HCP to receive boosters and be up to date with vaccinations by February 1, 2022, unless exempt.... Facilities must begin testing of all booster-eligible HCP who have not yet received their booster by December 27, 2021.
