1. Finding. The procedures and restrictions outlined in EO 2020-170 are necessary to control the [epidemic and remain in] place until this Emergency Order is lifted.... 2. Definition. 'Testing' does not include tests that are considered non-diagnostic... 5. Effective Date. This order is effective immediately, except that MDOC has until September 8, 2020 [to implement testing]... This order remains in effect until lifted. Date: August 19, 2020
