Operative words
I issue the following Order: [facilities may access the] MIIS to verify the COVID-19 vaccination status of their employees. Any access or redisclosure of information obtained from the MIIS pursuant to this Order must be solely for the purpose of verifying COVID-19 vaccination status. A facility acting pursuant to this Order must maintain a list of those MIIS Authorized Users it designates.
