Operative words
The purpose of this bulletin is to notify Insurers that they must provide their insureds with at least a 60-day grace period to pay insurance premiums or submit information... Further, the Superintendent hereby orders Insurers to provide at least a 60-day grace period as to [any policy provision requiring the insured to submit information or documentation]... This Bulletin expires upon the expiration of the state of emergency declared by Governor DeWine
