Operative words
Regularly scheduled services are operating, with some modifications.... Passengers should wear a mask or cloth face covering on all CTtransit buses and at bus stops. Reminder: Effective October 5, 2020 Front Door Boarding and Fare Collection Resume... NOTE: We are unable to refund unused balances on Passes... that were initialized prior to the suspension of fare enforcement.... Attention Travelers: A Connecticut Travel Advisory is in effect. If you are coming to Connecticut from a state impacted by COVID-19, you are asked to quarantine for 14 days.... Connecticut requires face coverings and social distancing.

EO 7BB/7NNN penalties (Conn. Gen. Stat. § 28-22: fine up to $500, imprisonment up to six months, or both, as the Connecticut State file records for the Governor's civil-preparedness orders); the travel advisory became a mandatory quarantine under EO 7III (July 21, 2020) with civil penalties
