Notes
Force-of-law State order limiting travel, with criminal penalties, in force from Mar. 25, 2020 through the first quarter of 2021 in successive revisions. Filed here because AMHS implemented it on every sailing into Alaska (Ex. 083); the Alaska State file carries the same instrument as Ex. AK-012 with its revisions (AK-038, AK-039, AK-022).
Retrieval noteThe State's own mandate text (headed 'COVID-19 HEALTH MANDATE, Issued: March 23, 2020'), read in full. The filename describes it as an 'AMHS Service Notice'; the document is Health Mandate 010 itself. Duplicates Ex. AK-012 in substance.
