CURFEW. In an effort to strike a balance between our commitment to protect individual liberties and fulfilling our duty to safeguard the health and life of everyone in Puerto Rico, a curfew is hereby [established under Article 5.14] of Act 20-2017, from 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. The closure of businesses ("lockdown") on Sundays is hereby lifted; therefore, the curfew shall apply in the same way from Monday to Sunday... [businesses may operate] Monday to Sunday, from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
