COVID-19 GUIDANCE FOR RESTAURANTS, BARS AND NIGHTCLUBS... Such Guidance Memoranda shall amend and supersede the applying conditions from the previous Executive Orders from March 13, 2020, through May 31, 2020... and shall have the same force and effect as the terms of this Executive Order and shall be enforceable by all [enforcement officers]
