Operative words

Through the COVID-19 Task Force, and in partnership with the CNMI Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (HSEM), all matters pertaining to the State of Public Health Emergency and response, quarantine, and preventive containment measures concerning Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) in the CNMI shall be coordinated by means of these Emergency Directives... This Order shall take effect immediately and shall remain in effect until the termination of the Declaration of a State of Public Health Emergency by the Governor through Executive Order or by automatic termination after a thirty (30) day period unless renewed by the Governor.
