Operative words
The intent and purpose of this Public Health Emergency Order No. 2020-018 is to limit [contact and movement] and to implement two full 57-Hour Weekend Lockdowns from July 24, 2020 to July 27, [2020 and July 31 to August 3, 2020]... Essential Businesses, including all stores, gas stations, restaurants and drive-through food establishments shall be closed.... NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this Order shall take effect Friday, July 24, 2020 at 8:00 P.M. MDT, and shall remain effective until Monday, August 3, 2020 at 5:00 A.M. MDT.
