Operative words
In coordination and consultation with Tribal Council, to protect the health and safety of Tribal citizens and the public, I declare a State of Emergency to address the COVID-19 pandemic effective immediately to remain in place until further notice. LTBB will continue to monitor this rapidly evolving public health emergency and will take all steps reasonably necessary to protect the health and well-being of Tribal citizens, Tribal employees, and all persons present on LTBB Tribal lands. This will be accomplished through the issuance of protocols, directives, and any other appropriate means... This Emergency order becomes effective March 17, 2020, and will remain in effect until rescinded by a subsequent Executive action or by a Tribal Council action with Executive concurrence.
