Operative words

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Yakama Nation Tribal Council Executive Committee, acting in accordance with T-10-61 and T-064-20, that all residents of the Yakama Reservation and off-Reservation trust allotments are directed to immediately Stay Home, Stay Healthy in your home or place of residence until such time as this order is lifted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Stay Home, Stay Healthy order does not apply to designated critical tribal, federal, state, and local government employees, and anyone needed to maintain continuity of operations of the critical federal infrastructure sectors outlined at www.cisa.gov... does not apply to employees of grocery stores, gas stations, pharmacies, medical providers, take out and delivery restaurants, banks, laundromats, auto mechanics, and those supporting the agricultural industry.

Enforcement

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that failure to abide by this Stay Home, Stay Healthy order by anyone within the Yakama Reservation and off-Reservation trust allotments, whether Indian or non-Indian, may result in civil and/or criminal penalties enforceable in Yakama Nation Tribal Court.

The Reservation contains the towns of Toppenish, Wapato, Harrah and White Swan and a large non-Indian population and agricultural workforce; the order binds non-Indians in terms
