Operative words
Due to the current State of Emergency declared by Tribal Chief Cyrus Ben, the Choctaw Detention Center has implemented a Detention Operations COVID-19 response plan... Social visits have been suspended for an additional (30) thirty days... Legal visits will be accomplished on a case-by-case basis for the next (30) thirty days.... All persons, including employees, must successfully pass the daily wellness screening, including temperature checks, to gain admittance to the facility. All staff shall utilize PPE in accordance with CDC recommendations and the local health authority.
