Operative words
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Tribal Council hereby declares a state of emergency for the Poarch Band of Creek Indians because of COVID-19 and directs all Tribal operations and entities to prepare for the impact that COVID-19 may have on operations and in our Tribal community and to take all necessary steps to prevent widespread impact.
