Operative words
The Municipality shall not enforce any Municipal code or regulation which prohibits curbside pickup of alcohol from restaurants, breweries, distilleries, and retail stores, as well as the delivery of sealed beer and wine from restaurants with food orders, such as AMC 10.50.015P.... pursuant to emergency state regulation (3 AAC 304.185(g), 3 AAC 304.920, and 3 AAC 304.925).
