Operative words
All on-premises ABC licensees shall cease the service and/or sale of alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption between the hours of 11:00pm until 6:00am the following day. Consumption on-premises shall cease not later than 11:30pm. Any ABC licensee found to be in violation of this emergency order shall be subject to immediate suspension of their ABC license pursuant to Code of Alabama 1975 § 28-3A-24(b) and § 41-22-19(d).
