14. Educational institutions. Effective March 22, 2021, all schools, public and private... shall take reasonable steps, where practicable, to maintain six feet of separation between persons of different households, except that elementary, middle, and high schools shall take reasonable steps, where practicable, to maintain three feet of separation between students of different households.... 20. Duration. This Order shall remain in full force and effect until 5:00 P.M. on April 9, 2021
