Notes

Recites that the Mar. 16, 2020 proclamation 'ordered the closure of certain business establishments and prohibited restaurants, food courts, cafes, coffeehouses, retail food facilities, and other similar businesses and establishments from serving food and beverages for consumption on premises'; finds that salons are not 'personal hygiene services' under EO 2020-12.
