Operative words

'(a) Scope. (1) This section applies to all employees and places of employment, with the following exceptions: (A) Work locations with one employee who does not have contact with other persons...' '(c) Written COVID-19 Prevention Program. Employers shall establish, implement, and maintain an effective, written COVID-19 Prevention Program...' Exclusion of COVID-19 cases and exposed employees from the workplace with continued pay (c)(10)-(11); testing at no cost after workplace exposure; outbreak and major-outbreak rules (3205.1, 3205.2); employer-provided housing and transportation (3205.3, 3205.4).

Notes

The State agency order binding every employer, adopted Nov. 19, 2020 (recital in EO N-09-21 gives Nov. 20), effective Nov. 30, 2020.
