Operative words
'All facilities identified in this Order must verify vaccine status' of all workers; unvaccinated or incompletely vaccinated workers must be tested 'at least twice weekly' in acute health care and long-term care settings and 'at least once weekly' in high-risk congregate and other health care settings; facilities must provide respirators to unvaccinated workers in patient-care areas and surgical masks in other settings; 'This Order takes effect on August 9, 2021' with full compliance by August 23, 2021.
