Operative words

Executive Order No. 7Q, Section 1, dated March 30, 2020, is amended to provide that child care facilities may provide care for up to fifty (50) children without obtaining approval from the Commissioner of Early Childhood. Any facility caring for more than fifty (50) children in one facility must obtain approval from the Commissioner of Early Childhood and demonstrate sufficient separation of groups of children within the facility.
