Pursuant to EO 9K, businesses may be subject to mandatory closing times which may be updated from time to time.... An establishment's Phase 2.1 maximum indoor capacity is 50% of its regular indoor seating capacity.... MAXIMUM PARTY SIZE: Dining groups shall not exceed 8 people.
