Operative words
'WHEREAS, in compliance with state law, I extended the COVID-19 State of Emergency every thirty days since it was signed on March 12, 2020;... WHEREAS, to prevent the spread of the highly transmissible variants of the coronavirus to those not vaccinated and to continue to vaccinate Delawareans, I am issuing contemporaneously a limited State of Public Health Emergency declaration. NOW THEREFORE, I, JOHN C. CARNEY, do hereby declare that: 1. My declaration of a State of Emergency for the State of Delaware dated March 12, 2020 to become effective on March 13, 2020 at 8:00 a.m. E.D.T., including all its related orders, is hereby terminated as of Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at 12:01 a.m. E.D.T.'
