Operative words

'The purpose of the original version of this bulletin was to encourage health insurers to be proactive in planning for Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). The purpose of this update is to encourage health insurers to proactively provide Delaware's hospitals with much needed relief and to remind insurers of federal requirements pertaining to at-home tests and the now-effective Federal No Surprises Act.'
