Operative words
a fine of not more than... (5) $25,000 for a class A misdemeanor... a defendant that is an organization may be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding the greatest of... (A) $2,500,000 for a felony offense or for a misdemeanor offense that results in death; (B) $500,000 for a class A misdemeanor offense that does not result in death

What it required
Fixes the sentences the mandates recited for a business organization that failed to follow a State COVID-19 Health Mandate: one year (AS 12.55.135(a)), $25,000 for a person, and for an organization the greatest of $500,000, $2,500,000 where death results, three times the pecuniary gain or three times the pecuniary loss (AS 12.55.035(c)).
