Retrieval note

Official Code of Georgia Annotated, Title 31 (Volume 23, 2019 replacement volume, prepared by the Code Revision Commission, the Office of Legislative Counsel and LexisNexis), as posted by Public.Resource.Org in Internet Archive item gov.ga.ocga.2024. Section text at PDF p. 692. The history line shows no amendment after 2002, so this is the text in force in 2020-2021. The same volume PDF is the file for Exs. DUT-GA-002, DUT-GA-003 and DUT-GA-004. The official LexisNexis site and the Justia and FindLaw mirrors refuse automated retrieval (Cloudflare), which is why the official volume was used.
