This CPL is adopted in its entirety on July 25, 2021. This CPL was revised due to HIOSH's adopting of DIR 2021-03 - Revised National Emphasis Program - Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).... HIOSH compliance officers were directed to inspect for and cite violations of the Healthcare ETS as adopted in HAR § 12-60-51, under the federal inspection procedures translated to Hawaii's statute, rules and offices, and, through DIR 2021-03, to run the revised COVID-19 National Emphasis Program in Hawaii.
