Operative words

A judgment of up to one thousand dollars ($1,000) may be entered for a violation constituting a Class B infraction.

Judgment of up to $1,000 per Class B infraction

What it required

Fixes the sanction for the Class B infraction created by Ind. Code 10-14-3-34 as amended by P.L.64-2021 (Ex. DUT-IN-002): a civil judgment of up to $1,000 for each knowing, intentional or reckless violation of the chapter 'or an order authorized by this chapter.'

Retrieval note

Supporting instrument for the penalty stated in Ex. DUT-IN-002. Subsection (a) sets $10,000 for a Class A infraction and (c) $500 for a Class C infraction.
