Operative words

These rules shall be applicable to all public employees' workplaces including workplaces in buildings, sheds, structures, offices, sites or places owned, leased by the state of New Hampshire or by any political subdivision of the state, including all places used in connection with employee activity at a place of employment in the State.

What it required

Fixes the reach of the State's occupational safety and health rules (Lab 1403) at public employees' workplaces, confirming that private-sector workplaces in New Hampshire are governed by federal OSHA and by RSA 281-A:64.
