What it required
Evidences that the State plan received and addressed more than 1,100 COVID-19 workplace complaints under its standing jurisdiction, maintained 'its dedicated email for complaints and concerns specifically related to COVID-19,' and worked with DHEC and the Department of Commerce 'to ensure that previous best practices and industry re-entry guidelines are up to date,' including a partnership with DHEC 'to address issues in food service, which began in August' 2020.
Retrieval noteAn agency statement, not a rule; recorded as evidence that the general duty was enforced against the COVID-19 hazard in South Carolina and that SC OSHA, DHEC and the Department of Commerce maintained the accelerateSC industry re-entry guidelines the Governor's orders referred to as 'relevant industry guidance' (Ex. SC-027 § 3(A)(1)).
